The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the bill "To Amend Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Bankruptcy"

The bill suggests amending the new version of the Law "On Restoring Debtor's Solvency or Declaring it Bankrupt" for further refinement of state regulation of the process of restoring debtor's solvency or declaring him bankrupt.

Members of the Committee believe that implementation of provisions of the bill would provide for improvement of procedures for solvency resumption or recognition as bankrupt.

The respective bill was registered under No. 10707.
